In the new competitive world, there are endless opportunities to create new products and services. But only a small fraction of them will succeed in the market.

The secret to spotting new opportunities is to manage creativity with a rigorous design process. It will guide you to identify existing latent opportunities and to transform them into successful business models. This can be done following some specific steps, and they will clarify the market needs and the reason to be of your product.

The catalogue includes live courses only, offered in synchronous mode, as we particularly value and prioritize the direct interaction and discussion between participants and trainers.

Courses are designed, delivered and managed according to the distinctive quality and service standards of CUOA’s offering: you will be effectively engaged with trainers and participants, as well as with a CUOA dedicated team who will support you in all phases of distance learning. Furthermore, a didactic space specifically reserved for your virtual classroom will be at your disposal on our learning platform. At the end of each lesson, teaching materials, operational tools presented by the trainer, exercises and reference bibliography will be shared to allow you effectively reach your learning objectives.

Finally, CUOA will support you in assessing your learning providing you with a final evaluation feedback. A CUOA participation certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course.

Objectives

This course will introduce some of the best innovation methodologies to manage the search for a new product idea, from the initial analysis of the market space to the definition of a clear and concise Value Proposition.

You will learn how to investigate market needs with a designer mindset, and how to transform such insights into a valuable product. You will then learn how to synthesize and communicate the value of the idea, present it to a potential customer for validation, and how to get precious feedbacks before investing time and resources in building it.
