In Italy there are all the three sectors, each of which represents one of the segments mentioned above:

  • Janssen Spa (Pharmaceutical Sector). Marketing Company (Milan). Plant: Borgo San Michele (Latina)
  • Johnson & Johnson Spa (Consumer Sector). Marketing Company and Plant: Santa Palomba (Rome)
  • Johnson & Johnson Medical Spa (Medical Sector). Marketing Company: Pratica di Mare (Rome)


For our Consumer Health Care department, located in Santa Palomba – Pomezia (Rome), we are recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst for a Maternity Leave (12 months temporary contract).


The Senior Financial Analyst will:

  • Reviews activities associated with the annual business planning process and quarterly updates
  • Consults with management to facilitate completion of business planning action items
  • Prepares analyses used for monitoring, forecasting and reporting on rates of return, working capital, investments, and financial and expense comparisons. Documents and communicates changes to existing processes using survey and study data to support changes
  • Provides leadership on cross functional teams, presentations to finance and functional senior management
  • Assists with the preparation of monthly closings with respective managers within their functional areas to assure the fair presentation of operating results by monitoring expense commitments
  • Provides planning support and financial expertise for business decisions
  • Challenges business assumptions, helps to develop alternative scenarios and educates business partners on financial issues, concepts and ownership
  • Conducts complex financial, accounting or planning analyses of various functions such as budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditures programs, financial planning and consolidations
  • Establishes responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance.


  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or related field is preferred
  • Working experience of atl least 3 years in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Proficiency in English is required (B2 level and above)
  • Have the ability to take the initiative and review current process and provide improvements
  • Computer skills: possess advanced computer skill relevant for data management. This includes experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as database tools (Power BI, etc.)
  • Interpersonal skills: the job requires to partner with various teams. So, it is important that they have strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective work relationships
  • Communication skills: have the capacity to develop reports and communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Organization and time management skills: must be able to simultaneously handle multiple assignments as well as work with others to achieve the desired outcome within the stipulated timeframe.
