YOOX are now seeking a talented Digital Marketing Analyst to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Location: Remote until it’s safe to return to the office, then our office in Milan

Department Size: 2-3 (Approx.)

Reporting into: Head of Budget, Planning & Forecasting

Direct reports: Chief Digital Marketing Officer


Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • You are responsible for the set up and management of dashboard and reports across platforms in order to create a framework where easily collect and get ready data for analysis with different level of deep dive: from a country overview to marketing channel, campaign and activity level
  • understand and analyze KPIs by channel, device and country
  • forecast and plan the spending budget according to the performances of the channels / campaigns across the different KPIs, regions and business needs through diagnostic and predictive modelling
  • provide strategic guidance in term of: investment, ROAS/ROI optimization, channel mix, weekly pacing and performance monitoring
  •  guide projects to create statistical model to support traffic model and to automatize process and reports.


The type of person we are looking for:

  • bachelor’s Degree: Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economic
  • at least 2 years of experience in Analytics Team
  • demonstrated analytical experience including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting and data interpretation and analysis
  • intermediate up to advanced proficiency in Excel
  • experience performing ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools
  • very strong analytics skills
  • strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • proactivity and problem-solving
  • flexibility to perform in complex business environment.
