Role Value Proposition:

  • Real Estate & Logistics Italy, offers real estate, commercial, technical and administrative services for the real estate assets of UniCredit Group; 
  • Supports the group in the management and optimization of the real estate portfolio for both strategic and non-strategic assets;
  • Manages and optimizes the real estate budget in terms of costs and investments, promotes and controls real estate operations and projects carried out by other Legal Entities.
  • In particular, Real Estate & Logistics Italy is responsible for defining a global real estate expansion, investment and divestment strategy in order to generate value from the assets in the managed portfolio and coordinate the global real estate strategy, ensuring the realization of the expansion and investment initiatives of all Legal Entities.
  • Real Estate & Logistics Italy is also responsible for the planning and delivery of Facility Management services with the objective of maintaining the efficiency and business continuity of the real estate assets and provides property administration services.
  • Finally Real Estate & Logistics Italy is responsible for planning, defining, executing and monitoring all the activities provided for by Legislative Decree no. 81 at Group level, regarding the protection of workers' health and safety.


Key Responsibilities

The candidate will join the Facility Management - Technical compliance team in Torino.

The candidate will be given the opportunity to:

  • collaborate on the digital transformation, implementation and use of new IT solutions currently being tested.
  • verify the correct application of the technical contents in the contract agreement and in the definition and drafting of reports;
  • Study the technical regulations related to the systems adopted in the banking sector and to critically evaluate their implementation in Real Estate activities;
  • collaborate in the preparation of material to support training events dedicated to the internal audience of Real Estate technicians;
  • bring innovative ideas in order to improve the workflow and the Facility Management of the technical systems from the design process to the final archiving of documents;
  • be involved in the process of regulatory updating, with the monitoring of new regulations and evaluation of their impact on the UniCredit Real Estate.


He/she will have the opportunity, in relation to his/her skills, to be involved in specific projects for the management and resolution of risk situations highlighted by the Real Estate - Safety team (e.g. Radon, etc.)

Formazione: University

  • Fluency in English is essential, additional language skills desirable
  • Any Real Estate background is a plus
