What does the role involve?

As BD, you’ll be expected to meet and exceed our business targets, and maximize profitable growth in our MO.

This means that you will be responsible for the development of relationships with selected group of accounts, their strategic development, and management of the commercial agreements of a selected list of facilities on the assigned territories:

  • Define and implement all the account development strategy in order to efficiently drive the MRO business in Italy
  • Close follow up with MO Italy market reach on sales and target achievement
  • Develop roadmaps and focus applications short/mid/long term
  • Actively identify and analyze opportunities, threats and needs in the market
  • Convert into actionable items the long term the MO-IT O&G MRO Strategy
  • Execution: meet with stakeholder / decision makers to award upfront specifications for upcoming MRO projects in selected facilities
  • Coordination of capture teams to manage complex opportunities
  • Monthly Business results tracking
  • Sharing best practice between the markets

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree required: preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
  • Relevant business experience 3-5 years in sales
  • Significant level of achievement with varied job responsibilities
  • Language skills in addition to Italian and English strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite and SFDC
  • Results oriented and good team player
