Factory Area Manager

We research for Electrification Products division, in particular for the BU Distribution Solutions based in Dalmine (BG) a Factory Area Manager who will join the Marketing & Sales function.

Your responsibilities

• In this role your main accountabilities will be: promote medium voltage devices in the assigned areas and countries;
• manage daily communication with the ABB Domestic Sales units;
• manage orders with main focus on the preparation of the offer and on the quotation of the product, but also coordinating, where necessary, the receiving order's process, putting into production and delivering the goods.
• You will also have the opportunity to: collaborate with the customer care agent assigned to the same area and countries, with the product managers, with production planning team and with all company functions (both local and global) involved in managing the relationship with customers.

 

Your background

• You hold a degree in management, electrical or mechanical engineer
• 2 or 3 years of experience, preferably in similar roles (sales specialist, project or product specialist).
• a strong knowledge of English, both written and spoken; the knowledge of an another foreign language will be consider a plus.
• availability for local and global business trip is required.
• Good organizational skills, problem solving, willingness to work in a team
• good knowledge of the main Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
