Job Scope

  • Support to Model Roadmap Program as key Business Analyst
  • Support to New Definition of Default Program as key Business Analyst
  • Support Managerial and Regulatory Reporting Processes as key Business Analyst



  • Knowledge of main regulations and processes on following areas:
    • - Rating process
    • - New Definition of Default (DoD)
    • - Forbearance
  • Solid analytical capabilities, with basic skills on one or more of main tools adopted in UniCredit Group (SAS, SQL)
  • Good background on Credit Process and Risk Management processes / methodologies / solutions
  • Good background on development of complex ICT solutions in Risk Management or other environments of equivalent complexity
  • Good team working capabilities, in the context of medium to large project teams distributed among multiple countries / locations
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to perform under stressful conditions
  • High risk awareness and solution-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies
  • Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities
  • Execution & discipline maintains a clear focus and sees action through to delivery
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in a complex Financial Institution or Major Business or ICT Consulting Firm
  • Available for International Mobility
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • As a plus, knowledge of main regulations/processes driving Credit Risk Management activities:
    • - Basel 2/3/4 & CRR
    • - Forbearence
    • - ICAAP & Stress Testing
    • - EBA Guidelines on non-performing Loans

CIO GRM & GLO ensures, for the perimeter of competence, the global delivery of ICT services offered with regard to "Risk Management" and “Credits". It acts as UniCredit Services CIO towards Group Risk Management and Group Lending Office being accountable of overall ICT services (applications, infrastructures, ICT security) from shaping the ICT evolution strategy to guaranteeing run services, acting also as reference point for the “relationship” with the in scope Clients, directly or engaging other ICT factories.

Credit Risk ICT is responsible of designing, implementing, and maintaining ICT solutions in support of Credit Risk, Operational Risk and Pillar II Risks.

In particular, GCC Credit Risk Governance Global Competence Center is responsible (among many other demands) for the execution of Rating Model Roadmap Program and New Definition of Default. The team is also a key enabler for Credit Process Optimization programs (IT & DE), since the team is owner of the components that allows to inject Credit Risk platforms into Underwriting processes: the Rating Engines. Among its assets and processes there are other critical platforms such as the Credit Risk Stress Test Engines, the Forbearance Engines and the NPE2.0 Regulatory and Managerial Reporting Repository.
