Involved in motorsport since 1907, Pirelli has been the exclusive official tyre partner of the Formula 1™ World Championship since 2011 and has just renewed the agreement until 2023.


Internship Details

The International Corporate Affairs (“ICA”) team - part of the Legal department - coordinates and supports the foreign affiliates of the Pirelli Group in defining the structure of corporate transactions and for their governance. It is the contact point between the affiliates and the competent HQ departments for the validation of the resolutions of the local corporate bodies. ICA, inter alia, verifies the consistency of the resolutions with the statutes of the affiliates and, if necessary, with the shareholders' agreements and coordinates the verification of the compliance of the corporate activities of the affiliates with local law.

The candidate will support the ICA team in the following activities:

  • Formation, verification and collation of the resolutions of the corporate bodies of foreign subsidiaries;
  • Verification of the consistency of the resolutions with respect to the statutory provisions;
  • In agreement with the local representatives, preparation of the preliminary documentation for the appointment of members of the bodies;
  • Manage the calendar of corporate bodies of foreign subsidiaries;
  • Formalization of documents according to applicable regulations, also coordinating external professionals (notaries, lawyers);
  • Keeping and updating IT archives of corporate resolutions and deeds;
  • Maintenance and updating of the database containing corporate information of the affiliates;
