Involved in motorsport since 1907, Pirelli has been the exclusive official tyre partner of the Formula 1™ World Championship since 2011 and has just renewed the agreement until 2023.


Internship Details

The Compliance Specialist will support the Compliance team in the developing Compliance projects with the aim of enabling business process improvement, avoiding risks for the Company and supporting Business as well as Staff Functions on acting in a compliant manner, both from a strategic and operational perspective; and in detail in the following activities:

  • Analysis, processes mapping and identification of gaps and risks of Compliance and contribution to remediation;
  • Development of organizational and Control Models for Legislative Decree 231/01 and 262/05
  • Implementation of a model of segregation of duties and a program of Anti-Corruption at Group level;
  • Development of Group Rules, Policies and Procedures.



  • Full proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Ability to integrate with neighbouring functions, such as Audit, Legal, Security, IT etc.
  • Cross process view and problem-solving attitude
  • Proactive and team working attitude
