Post Production Specialist

We are currently looking for a Product Production Specialist. He/she will work insiede the Ferrero Internal Agency: Pubbliregia. 

Job activities

• Being responsible for post production for both new film finalization and following adjustments/adaptations.
• Select the right suppliers for the job
• Coordinate the process involving post production houses and creatives team/account team
• Ensure the quality of the output in terms of contents and timing
• Check, negotiate and monitor the costs throughout the process and till final delivery

 

Job activities 2

• Being part of the Fuel for Growth process on the Post Production stream work to ensure governance and costs efficiency at the Group level
• Other tasks in collaboration with the team: productions; cost controlling and royalties management
• In these activity the person will be in contact with other function (account, creatives), department (Marketing, Procurement, Legal) and suppliers

 

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Economics
• Minimum of experience required: 2/3 years in production/post production houses
• Complete knowledge of adv production and post production (process and contents)
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Open minded, flexible, with the right degree of autonomy, willing and open to interact with different stakeholders; high degree of negotiation skills to answer to different requests and convince relevant parties.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English is mandatory;
• Any other language is considered a plus.
