The role works with the purpose to manage the Compensation & Benefits processes in Italy, with the aim provide with a competitive level of pay and reward to employees.

What does the role involve?

  • Manage the yearly MBO process:
  • Manage the yearly merit round process
  • Manage the LTI process
  • Perform compensation and benefits external market benchmarking activities
  • Define and periodically review internal salary ranges
  • Manage the implementation of HRIS compensation and benefits modules
  • Manage the offer management process for new hires and internal moves
  • Support organization design and evaluation of jobs
  • Support the design and implementation of the short and long term incentives
  • Support the design and definition of the internal compensation structure
  • Coordinate with the global rewards team where necessary, in order to ensure that compensation and benefits processes are aligned to the global rewards framework
  • Manage and support compensation and benefits projects
  • Act as subject matter expert and counterpart to LMs and HRBPs on all compensation and benefits related topics

What you need is:

  • Advanced analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work with cross functional teams and in a matrix organization
  • University degree in Economics
  • Minimum of 3-4 years progressive work experience in the field compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Excellent English (written and oral).
  • Advanced MS-Office skills
