About the Role:

We are looking for an Organization & Improvement Project Manager who will be working in the Organization & Improvement department within Global Brands Soremartec– Presidenza Globale and related Labs

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and deploy Governance mechanisms at Function level to maximize effectiveness of Group Governance in collaboration with HR function and Line Managers;
  • Proactively support Function Manager and referents in identifying and addressing key organizational needs and issues, based on Business requirements, defining the organizational strategy, in alignment to Group standards;
  • Ensure consistent organizational maintenance of existing structures and possible Function developments based on preliminary as is analysis and design of to be Organization model, including business process reengineering;
  • Drive organizational and management consulting involved for Functions developments;
  • Identify gaps in key processes, based both on new reorganizations and on critical existing situations;
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussion and balance trade-offs between different stakeholders;
  • Defines the organizational deployment plan, supported by the story telling (reason why for change);
  • Defines processes and supporting tools for the to be scenario;
  • Defines new role profiles and skills needed to support change;
  • Supports organizational projects in the assigned Area as PMO;
  • Manages organization project portfolio, providing updates and supporting Function Manager to manage issues and prioritization.


Who we are looking for:


  • Msc in Business or Engineering;
  • 7-10 years of experience;
  • Strong methodological background to enable effectiveness working in a flexible environment and on multiple fronts;
  • Previous experience in management consulting companies and/or in FMCG knowledge (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) is a plus;



  • Problem solving attitude and ability to relate with different organizational levels;
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to provide leadership to multiple disciplines in a large and complex organization
  • Proactive attitude, result oriented, curious to learn, able to balance and execute on many initiatives in parallel


IT Skills:

  • MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)



  • Italian native speaker, English Fluent
  • Any other language is a plus
