In the context of Production Maintenance, The Planned Maintenance Supervisor coordinates, supervises and contributes to the overall team development, aiming to deliver precise excecution of planned demand (Preventive, planned curative, design out, Quality / Safety CAPA…) to guarantee an optimum asset portfolio reliability level with minimum negative impact on the End to End Supply Chain.

 Dedicated to maintenance planned workload, the Planned Maintenance Supervisor has full ability to plan, schedule & Execute work, therefore Spare parts inventory and planned maintenance excecution  resources report to him / her, directly or dotted line.

He / She is responsible for shaping and organizing his / her team in a way that optimum resources utilization is delivered

Conscious of the Production and supply chain greater interest, he/she works in close collaboration with Maintenance Coordinators ensuring continuity of emergency service in case of resources unaivailability.

He / She is a CREDO believer and complies with ALL the J&J Standards and guidelines (Quality, Safety, Finance, IT, Code of Conduct…) and makes sure that ALL his / her team members are acting in the same way.

 

Principal responsabilties

  • Excecute Planned schedule in Safety, Quality, Cost compliance,
  • Manage and monitor Maintenance comprehensive set of KPIs, ensure high level of planned work and on time delivery.
  • Manage resources allocations and priorities,
  • Manage Planned demand OPEX and meet the financial targets,
  • Support and coach the team
  • Guarantee high level of the team skills and competencies through training and competency evaluation
  • Participe to production operators skills requirements, provide technical support and contents to ensure high level of Operator Asset Care
  • Ensure the stict excecution of the defined Preventive plans
  • Coordinate external resources
  • Collaborate to trials and new equipement installation in link with the Engineering and reliability teams
  • If needed, participle to Factory Acceptance Tests, asset qualification and ramp-up
  • Participe to curatives actions issued by the Root Cause Problem Solving analysis
  • Collaborate with the reliability group to review planned and unplanned activities evolution and related performance to take the right decisions for optimized Asset Life Cycle management
  • Formulate proposal for Quality, Safety and Productivity improvements
  • Lead and excecute maintenance processes continuous improvement
  • Ensure High level of Spare Parts inventory management
  • Manage the obsolescence plan
  • Define and approve asset operation good practices, keep demand portfolio in Compliance Safety, Quality and Finance.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, and Chemical)
  • Experience required is 3 – 5 years of working experience in Maintenance, Engineering or Production 
  • Customer Relationship Management, Supplier Relationship Management
  • Good Written and oral communications at different Organizational levels
  • Financial/budget management
  • Ability to effectively partner and deliver results in hard lines and matrix environments.
  • Ability to focus strategically while maintaining a tactical/operational focus
  • Ability to lead a team of professionals and wage associates with diverse skills & competencies spanning business and technical areas
  • Ability to  act as a change agent
  • Ability to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations
  • Influencing skills and strong analytical skills
  • Ability/experience in managing staff (internal & external)
