Descrizione della posizione

Support Service Desk governance helpingService Desk Manager in managing following tasksactivities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the relevant tickets
  • Working on tickets received forresolution on internal tracking queue
  • Offer support in process design and new procedurewriting
  • SDS periodically updates procedureslinked to new technologies and design of new processes
  • Service catalogue maintenance
  • SDS is requested to updated ServiceNow catalogue and to inform of any changes to the Service Owner of troubleticketing tool
  • Give support in Service Management and relative communication
  • SDS background will be focal pointfor the optimal service management
  • Give support in full mobile management cycle
  • SDS will take care of the completemobile phone cycle management from the hardware order to its supply deliveryand monthly usage report
  • Focal point for the escalation process towards HO withreference to ticket P1 and P2 on WPS services
  • SDS will take care of all ticketsrequiring escalation to HO starting when the service will be centralized
  • Focal point to integrate new Technologies deployed byHO  
  • During the integration with HO SDSwill take care of new technologies and relative hand over to the local services

 

Experience and qualifications

  • 5-year experience working for tech or business companies
  • Sound experience in IT processes, governance
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Problem solving ability
  • Strong analytical skills

 

Technical, language and other specialized skills

  • Good English knowledge
  • Ability to utilizeadvanced workplace tools (Microsoft suite as an example)
  • Ability to initiate andhandle relationships with internal clients
