Key tasks and responsibilities

Support the Program Management in the transformation program and particularly in:

  • Typical PMO activities;
  • Support the creation and development of a new Service Model;
  • Change Management;
  • Streamline processes and procedures according to local complexity (more than 15 countries involved)
  • Implementation of a large IT Landscape redesign;
  • Communication and coordination of the overall program

  • Exceptional Communication skill
  • Goal oriented and team player profile;
  • Problem solving mind-set and think out of the box attitude;
  • Ability to synthesize and work in complex contexts;

The structure is also responsible for scouting and searching the market and for monitoring the quality performance of vendors.
